Staff helpful, ordered baby seat to hotel. Close to Tegel airport, motorways. Steven and team fantastic, aided activity planning with maps. Clean room and common spaces, pleasant terrace. Enjoyable breakfast. No fridge or kettle in room or common area.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and had great facilities. The location was perfect for us as it was on the outskirts of the city but easy to get to the center by taking the m27 bus from across the road and then the txl bus to all the main sightseeing areas. It was also close to the airport, convenient for us.

This hotel is great value for money. It's situated in a peaceful, residential area, which is great for getting some peace and quiet after a long day out in the city. The rooms are very comfortable, spacious and come with a lovely terrace that overlooks the city. The soundproof walls and bigger windows to open make for a good night's sleep.
No negative aspects. All was ok.
